Established in 2018, Realtyco was created to manage property investment funds made available through various private and superannuation resources. Investment will commence primarily within the Australian residential market space and will steadily progress to commercial portfolios as and when viable opportunities are presented for consideration.

We are currently looking to purchase residential properties within the Brisbane and Sydney market space and welcome property owners and developers to reach out and advise of any upcoming valued opportunities. Properties must yield above average rental returns and be well positioned for strong capital growth.

We’re currently looking to partner with an established real estate agency to launch a franchise business model under the Realtyco banner.
